Devoted fans of the actress are calling for that a individual who leaped a fence and seized the actress during Thursday's Wicked: For Good debut be taken into custody or expelled from Singapore.

A viral clip reveals the individual from Australia pushing past camera operators and rushing toward Grande while the cast proceeded down a yellow carpet accompanied by onlookers.

Co-star Cynthia Erivo promptly wrested the surprised performer away from Mr Wen, who was observed being led away of the event by security officers.

Mr Wen stated on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "let go after being arrested", though official papers revealed that he was scheduled to appear on the next day. It is uncertain if he was faced legal action.

Record of Event Invasions

This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who describes himself as a "Troll Most Hated", has invaded a performance. His Instagram feed contains videos of him disrupting other high-profile occasions, including breaching the performance area at Katy Perry's Sydney concert in June this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers event in the city last December.

"Measures must be taken applied against him as this is obviously a criminal offence," commented an Instagram follower, in a message to a video Mr Wen uploaded of his actions.

"Oh wow so you do this a lot... how aren't you in jail?" another Instagram user wrote.

Followers Voice Worry Over Grande's Past Trauma

Several fans blamed Mr Wen for "causing further distress" Grande, who had revealed dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder after a devastating incident at the end of her May 2017 concert in Manchester, killing 22 people and wounding numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented a further comment on Instagram.

Several fans also faulted security officers at the premiere for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals demanded online networks to ban Mr Wen's videos.

In footage shared widely, Grande appeared surprised when she was approached by the intruder. Her fellow actors Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be seen comforting her while Mr Wen was escorted away by security.

Grande has not commented on the incident, and the remaining proceedings proceeded as normal.

Hundreds of attendees had assembled in a crowd of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good regional launch in a Singapore venue, including a number who had queued for as long as many hours before it commenced.

The motion picture, to be launched on November 21, is the sequel of a two-film version of the acclaimed Broadway and West End musical Wicked, which centers on the surprising relationship between two very different characters.

The musical itself is a derivative of the twentieth-century children's novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who plays the character Glinda Glinda, was decked out in a rosé sequin dress at the event while Erivo, who acts as the wicked witch, wore a sleek black dress embroidered with roses.

They were joined by cast member Jeff Goldblum.

The previous installment, Wicked, was the highest-grossing film of the previous year in the UK, and earned a dozen Academy Award nods, securing two for outstanding attire and production design.
